Pixie is not your first stop to report child abuse. She is not a social worker or a member of the SAPS. She is there if you have reported cases and have not received any assistance or only in cases of severe child abuse.

Although she can provide advice in other issues pertaining to Family Law, you still need to contact your legal representative. Due to the nature of her work, she regards it as unethical to be involved with Place of Safety, Foster Care and Adoptions and cannot assist with any registration or legislation. She will refer you to experts. She does not work with any Adoptions at all.
